SAFE TRACE SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Safe Trace. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all orders placed through Safe Trace.
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Safe Trace currently ships to addresses within the Republic of South Africa only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. SHIPPING METHODS
Safe Trace uses the following delivery partners:

PUDO Locker-to-Door Services
The courier service used for your order will be determined by Safe Trace at our sole discretion unless otherwise agreed.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:
8-11 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed
Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
While Safe Trace makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
5. DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Courier delays;

Severe weather conditions;

Public holidays;

Industrial action or strikes;

Civil unrest;

High shipping volumes;

Service interruptions;

Remote or outlying delivery locations;

Force majeure events.
Safe Trace shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Safe Trace shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from delivery delays.
No refunds or compensation shall be payable solely due to courier-related delivery delays, provided that Safe Trace has dispatched the order within a reasonable period.
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
6. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Safe Trace may from time to time offer promotional free shipping offers at its sole discretion.
Free shipping promotions apply only to the original shipment and do not apply to returns, exchanges, or re-deliveries.
7. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email or SMS where available.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring that delivery details remain accurate.
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

Delivery addresses are complete and accurate;

Contact information provided is correct;

Someone is available to receive the parcel where required.
Safe Trace shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
9. FAILED DELIVERIES
If a parcel is returned to Safe Trace due to:

Incorrect delivery information;
-
Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts;

Customer unavailability;
the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees before the order can be re-dispatched.
10. RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the address specified in the order or upon collection from a designated PUDO locker.
Ownership of the goods shall remain with Safe Trace until full payment has been received.
11. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, you must notify Safe Trace within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Safe Trace reserves the right to investigate all claims before approving any replacement or refund.
